Musician & Sound Artist
Ever since I was a kid, I loved music! I played all sorts of instruments, hummed, and sang! I began composing music at age 12, a few months after beginning piano lessons. I received both my bachelor’s and master’s in music composition. I explored emotions and imagery, modes and theories, and how to orchestrate intentionally. My favorite part was writing music for and designing recitals and concerts and collaborating with musicians.
I have since created retreats, events, directed a choir, and learned about sound healing frequencies and explored many sound healing instruments. My favorite is my crystal harp! Although just with classical instruments, different instruments are for different moods, tones, timbres, and intentions—drums, shakers, chimes, singing bowls, flutes, tuning forks to name a few. A received my sound practitioner certificate in 2025.
What I am loving right now is singing! More and more of being embodied in my Divine Presence and being true to my nature, where I get to drum, sing, laugh, and bring through sacred sounds of light and love.
Qi Gong Instructor
After a big spiritual initiation (more on that in the next section), I realized I needed a practice to sustain my energy, to revitalize me! A natural way to harmonize the energy of the body. Qi Gong was my answer that came to me at the exact right time, when I was ready for it. My teacher appeared to me, and I was so grateful to have a way to have energy whenever I needed it, through my Qi Gong practices. It helps me to maintain good energy.
I like to utilize Qi Gong as a way to introduce people to the energy they have within them, the ease and vitality that they have access to when they do these practices. And to ready them . . . For what I do energetically as a light channel.
I am a Holden Qi Gong certified instructor.
I have found that Qi Gong has been essential for me to integrate the high frequency energy I experience as a Divine Light Channel. It has been so helpful in creating ease on all levels.
It is also how I love to teach and bring through sacred messages and energy that assists those who are ready to awaken to more love, light, and delight!
Soul’s Potential
All along the way while I studied music and Qi Gong, I was on my spiritually path. I learned from experiencing nature, studied astrology, wrote and channeled works, connected with Angels, Archangels, and Divine Guides.
My Highest Self was always guiding me in what I wrote and asked for. I created a workshop to explore the question, “What’s Your Soul’s Highest Potential in this Lifetime?” And I was guided to an invitation to a Sacred Journey in Greece.
There, I experienced love on all levels, embodied love, channeled love and light, sang, wrote, laughed, enjoyed myself and being with my new friends whom I had known from other lifetimes.
It is an experience only known fully by me. But what made it possible was the Divine Orchestration and the connection to others who had made it possible.
And now I experience this bliss when I create space for myself and others to have their best and greatest wishes come true.

From all these experiences (and many others that you will hear more about if you continue) Mastery has been granted. And so, what I share are my soul gifts I have developed in the process, the insight and enlightenment from being in presence, and perhaps what you have been praying for . . .
